legal foundations of educational management, the main functions of educational management, planning in educational management, and organizing in educational management.

The effectiveness of educational institutions in responding to increasingly complex social, technological, and economic dynamics can no longer be separated from the quality of management that supports them. The old paradigm that views education management as an administrative function—namely maintaining operational order and procedural compliance—is no longer adequate
amid the demands of public accountability, global competition, and digital disruption. This shift has forced stakeholders to revisit the nature, scope, and practice of education management, moving from simply ‘to administer’ to ‘to manage strategically’. Failure to make this transition risks making educational institutions reactive, isolated, and losing relevance. Therefore, a deep and critical understanding of the scientific foundations of education management is an inevitable urgency for practitioners, academics, and policymakers.
